Every setback can be permanent. Your baseline is not guaranteed. You must guard it at all costs and protect what’s left of your health. Take breaks. Set boundaries. Listen to your body. It’s so hard to do, but it’s also incredibly necessary.

& like - we get false allegations too! Patients with psychosis aren’t lying when they’re wrong about these things even if they’re wrong about things, stuff like that. And we have to get REAL comfortable with that!! I don’t fear scrutiny because I act with integrity Period That’s how it should be!
