A note about this: I just spoke with an attorney who thinks today's SCOTUS decision on conversion therapy makes it even easier for crisis pregnancy centers to escape any sort of regulatory scrutiny moving forward. And we're still waiting for the 9th Circuit ruling on abortion pill reversal.

New from me: Several states now have laws preventing governments from regulating crisis pregnancy centers. In Oklahoma, if a prohibited type of regulation was attempted, a center could sue for at least $10,000. Itās based on model legislation from the Alliance Defending Freedom.
