I'm interested in developing games that feature combat as a main component, but which almost always allow retreat, and where perhaps most losses end with you getting away injured instead of "dying". It seems like our fantasy worlds only allow fighting to the death.

Anyone have any recs for splicing LEDs? 5V W G R B pinout. What this kit (that I bought 2 years ago) came with is lame (pictured) and there’s substantial signal degradation at each splice. This is why we still need radio shack.

Your work is *not* interchangeable. Your medium is *not* interchangeable. The end result of your work is that someone enjoys the work for what it is, a rich piece of art that is more than just a vessel for a sales pitch. Your message is singular and woven into the piece itself.

What's scary about this story is the surveillance it hints at. This trans woman had changed her name, legally, but chose not to change her gender marker. She was apparently flagged in the DMV system as trans and her license was invalidated under a law that supposedly only concerned gender markers.

Alternatively, if 25% commit to organizing in their communities, to advance local causes, provide mutual aid, etc... And if 25% of those get first aid or self defense training to support these groups... Communities will start to see real immediate change locally, and national changes in response.
