On Thursday after my hospital visit my friend Kat stayed with me overnight and the next day. It ended up being an awesome cozy slumber party. She called it a "safety party" and we scheduled another one for next month (sans hospital visit next time). I have the best support humans.

I was in and out of the hospital in about 4 or 5 hours yesterday. I really appreciate that I was able to access emergency care. Everyone there was so kind. I'm so grateful for having a medical system where, despite its flaws, I am able to access the care without worrying about affordability.
