Lots of snark about this: A box of Hamburger Helper doesn't include meat. You buy it separately. There are intersectional reasons why people buy prepackaged pasta and seasoning. It's not always cheaper to buy separate ingredients and not everyone has access to stores selling fresh inexpensive food.

Baked one of those Sunday night, rectangular breads that everyone always talks about. This one is mostly all-purpose flour with about 25% whole wheat and 150-ish grams of seeds like sunflower, sesame, and poppy. I keep threatening to do this, but maybe it's time for one of those LONG sandwiches?

This is wild. For context the "beef line" is for Mr. Beef which is in the top right of the photo (with the small white sign). And Mr. Beef is the Chicago restaurant that was used in the early seasons of The Bear (FX/Hulu).

I travelled back to 2009 to recreate Hank Hill's favorite meatloaf sandwich from the newly opened Arlen Barn. This sandwich is based on my mom's meatloaf recipe that I enjoyed a whole bunch growing up. Add cheese if you want, it's up to you to make yourself happy.
