Today’s fifth release isn’t even a beer. Next up in our hard iced tea series is a hard iced chai. Meet Masala Cat Fiend. Available today when Mousetrap opens at noon. We love our teas year round. So for the colder months ahead, we crafted this masala hard chai.

We’ve told you about three of the six releases for tomorrow (Friday), here’s number 4. Barrel Aged Aqua Regia. Peach-orange and autumnally hued, Aqua Regia is a rich, luxurious barleywine of English persuasion.

NEW BEER ALERT!! October 31st, 2017 we quietly opened Mousetrap to the public for one night. A few days later we loudly announced our official opening and had an appropriately epic celebration on FOBAB Saturday. That was so much fun it’s become a yearly tradition.

Boo! We got a ghost themed beer!! This October apparition drops Thursday at Mousetrap. Orange wine is a lesser known but increasingly popular subset of natural and minimal intervention wines going back likely thousands of years to the Eastern European country of Georgia.

NEW BEER ALERT! Nothing says fall like a new beer from the Mousetrap calvados foeder. Reines Des Renards Framboise is a funky Flemish wild ale aged in our French Calvados foedre with raw apple cider for 12 months before it was refermented on an ample bed of Michigan raspberries.

We’ve partnered with National Honey Board this month in honor of #HoneySavesHives and #NationalHoneyMonth. This campaign is designed to raise awareness for honey bees & how purchasing honey and made-with-honey beers helps support bees, beekeepers, our diverse food supply & our planet.
