Here's Albert behind a high rise. You can see the station but there's no direct way to walk there - a 15 minute detour (worse because of construction). A 2010 study identified potential connections but nothing has been done to make them happen.

Internal connections also a problem. This fence creates an 11 minute detour ( @leescott.bsky.social timed it) for people trying to reach Bloor Street. It seems lke someone cuts through here by climbing over the pillar. Private land but City could create an easement.
