Hey
@glgehman.bsky.social
Hi! I worked with you in the ‘90’s at WRc. I was Adam Szymkowski back then (since changed my name). Anyway Bob Mould is on here and he just reached out to ask me how long I had been a fan and I told him that a coworker got me into the Husker catalog - so thanks!

SEATTLE!!! We’ve now taken the lead by 91 votes! 🤯 This thing is certainly not over! Over 1,000 ballots have been challenged, so if you haven’t tracked your ballot yet get on it! Our trusty volunteers have been working hard to "cure" ballots so they count! We're so close!

Once you start doing even a little digging you find this to be more or less true for every philosopher. If not their mother, then wives, girlfriends, maids. Women working tirelessly behind the scenes to feed the "great man" and make sure he wipes his ass occasionally. I'm not kidding.

Upon further reflection I have a greater appreciation for Disney Animal Kingdom park. Yes it has some of that problematic “zoo” feeling, but it’s probably one of the few places in the US that recreates this scene.

Get active. There are a lot of people doing a lot of things. This is going to take action, coordination, and organization. And this happens by way of protests and boycotts. These grow the crowd and enable growth. Take part. Act. Fight. Resist.

i am going to put a finer point on this: executive orders are not laws. and they certainly are not royal decrees. they are interpretations of existing law for the purposes of enforcement. the fact that so many people are treating them as laws is actually driving me a bit insane.
