Being someone with depression I struggle all the time with being bone crushingly sad and "knowing in my soul" I'm a bad person. Which is silly. I'm not a bad person. But my brain isn't nice to me often. Though it is trying to protect me.

Depression is summed up by the doctor Who episode with van gogh. You can't give someone a good day, but you can't cure their depression.
