I don't see the problem

It's never too late to improve your onboarding process for clients - use any new pitch, proposal or enquiry as a chance to spend some time updating things, adding or removing questions etc. Just read through an old pitch document, and even a quick 20 minutes has made it much more useful.

You may also need to be tough skinned! 😜
