Fentanyl is fentanyl. It’s a molecule. The illicit form, which is the same molecule as the medical form, comes in a different physical state (solid rather than liquid) making it even less of a threat/concern to anyone who isn’t using illicit drugs. It’s one of the most studied compounds in existence

Counterintuitively, it is the very blankness and nullity of Trump that is the key to his appeal. He is the perfect representative of a culture of utter consumerist vacuity, crass post-neoliberal cynicism, and the mindless philistine bigotry of settler-colonial petty-boug white supremacy.

Cars are a lot slower than people think. This driver commutes at 4 MPH. That's barely faster than walking (avg walking pace is around 3.3 MPH) They could cut their commute to 15 minutes biking at 12 MPH, but they might not have a safe route to do so We are forcing people into terrible car commutes

One of the things that you see at the International Civil Rights Center & Museum in Greensboro, North Carolina is a Jim Crow era Coke machine that was designed to fit into a segregated bus station. One machine two sides. The Coke cost more on the Black side.

The supremacist project is to steal all the value generated by society while calling those they steal from thieves and forcing them to pay the cost of the theft. When they eradicate those they hate, they eradicate the source of their wealth and privilege, and are left only with each other to rob.

What this underscores is a fundamental truth that while none of the rest of us need supremacists in our spaces, and are just fine without them, supremacists need the rest of us or they collapse against each other. Without them we're fine. Without us they've got nothing.

What conservatives mean when they say they are "under attack for their views" is that they are being accurately understood as the sort of people who hold the sort of views conservatives hold, and that makes them afraid they will be treated the way conservatives treat those whose views they scorn.
