Can't remember if it was this bad before COVID but I'm seeing an alarming spreading of what I'll call Airport Behavior to other public places. Obliviousness to other people's existence, ineptitude at navigating the environment. "Is this your first time at the grocery store" type stuff

the thing about this is that a) small states do not have any interests that are inherent to their size (no less than james madison understood this) b) the senate is organized along party lines which makes the small/big distinction almost irrelevant and c) the filibuster has never been used this way

PLEASE WHY ARE ALL THE PHOTOS OF THE LOUVRE HEIST LIKE AN EPISODE OF PINK PANTHER. 1. Youâre telling me the guy in the fedora with an umbrella that is clearly a sword DIDNâT do it? 2. The thieves used a truck with a ladder attached to it at 9.30AM in the morning and NO ONE noticed it??

Andrej Karpathyâs take on AI coding agents feels grounded. The industryâs chasing full autonomy when models still hallucinate too much. Agents that churn out a thousand lines of code leave you either blindly trusting them or slogging through reviews. These tools should embrace their fallibility.

I'm not going to say that TRON: Ares was a good movie in the traditional sense. But you should go see it in the theaters, and think of it as a two hour, psychedelic Nine Inch Nails video. â â â â â

so much you can do in css using pseudo classes. used `:has` pseudo class to make the full hover animation here. for hover state im doing `:has(*:is(.sidebar-icon-trigger:hover` made only using css. no js listener used. took me longer than i thought it would.
