I do not have the biological profile of a cis woman nor a cis man. I am trans and my trans biology needs to be recognised by the health service for the benefit of my safety. But for ideological reasons the government have pushed the NHS to prioritise my anatomy as an infant to my anatomy as a adult

The most important thing to remember through all of this is that these policies are overwhelming introduced as a means to keep track of adults, not to protect kids. They do not give a flying fuck about the wellbeing of children. If they did, they wouldn't be letting so many of them live in poverty.
