Yes but the government isn't offering improvements in that area. In fact they're cutting Access To Work funding. If there is no practical option to get disabled people into work then 'work coaches' will accomplish nothing besides putting pressure on sick people and making them feel like a burden.

Considering this, their recent attempts to strip people of their benefits and access to work and their repeatedly ableist rhetoric I hope you'll understand why I find 'perhaps they'll do other things too' an unacceptable argument in favour of these work coach placements.
