I see Ann Widdecombe has died. When she was Home Secretary I showed her round Drake Hall womensās prison. There was a pregnant woman on a bed in the early stages of Labour and she asked the prison officers why she wasnāt handcuffed to the bed. Thatās the kind of woman she was.
