ICE are 100% accessing DVS data on the fly. Every day for at least the past 3 weeks, folks in our MSP patrol groups doing in-car observing of ICE activities/vehicles are being: - led back to our houses by the ICE vehicles we're observing - being called by name when pulled over/approached by ICE

I'm at a coffee shop at the moment with a bunch of writer buds, and we just observed a large convoy of ICE vehicles pursued by a much larger convoy of volunteer observers honking their horns with wild abandon. If there's one thing Minnesotans do, it's show up for shit.
