I've been talking to my friend from college. She recently went through a divorce and suddenly has a lot of time and has been helping me process. She texted out of the blue two weeks ago. Almost 18 years without talking to her and now we're texting daily.

I visited my brother when I was 19 and got into several bars by carrying his gear ("I'm just helping!") and fell in love with Minneapolis' music scene, and all the art everywhere. I had to hit a few colleges and big cities first to make sure it was The City For Me, but it sure was. It's the PEOPLE!

Hey y'all, today I took a (for me) refresher course so that I can confidently be a street medic. It was immensely helpful, and I know the people around me found it helpful. I thought I'd share here because they are mostly word-of-mouth. They offer street medicine, conceal carry, and many others.
