The people running Minneapolis keep alleging some boogeyman secretly defunded the police but as far as I know, cops still get paid. Some yield enough at side hustle cash to buy homes in Florida. Meanwhile the MPD budget keeps going up. Someone is lying or these defunders are incompetent.

There once was a city. Now it’s an abandoned suburban office park. With no public parks in the core its a sterile private/public “partnership.” The downtown council is in charge. The skyways hours are a mess. Crystal court, Peavy, Commons & Mill City are private spaces. THEY ruined downtown.
