I know it’s exhausting to do this endlessly but do write to your Labour MP opposing Labour’s bathroom ban. The party does this because it thinks it’s making the problem go away.

So the EHRC guidance has been updated from "Fuck trans people's rights" to "I'm terribly sorry but fuck trans people's rights", and it remains glaringly obvious that the government's response to the Supreme Court judgement should have been to fix the law rather than cower in fear of bigots.

Organisations that want to exclude trans men and women from their spaces should follow this simple guidance: get fucked.

Cis allies doing this is a real part of the response to this hate. Make compliance expensive, complicated and not worth it:
