One from the vaults! The first book of Lovecraft’s stories was The Outsider and Others with a cover by Virgil Finlay. Published in 1930 it was the first book issued by Arkham House. A second volume, Beyond the Wall of Sleep appeared in 1943 with a cover showing sculpture by Clark Ashton Smith
