ILL/resource sharing is likely the only reason I remained in libraries, even when it was hard to do so. I genuinely enjoyed the work, still do. Very little siloing because we’re incentivized to work in support of one another, and one another’s patrons. Quick aside: ILL is primarily run by staff 🙌
