I'm deleting the ice incidents thread because enough of us have seen it & I can't stand to have it blowing up all day. They're extremely active in South Minneapolis 12/1 & 12/2 with several verified incidents of people being taken, even leaving kids in vehicles in this cold. Look out for people.

We have got to collectively help people understand that of course the local* cops are acting as an arm of the machine. That is their purpose. People need to grow their minds & grieve what they've been conditioned to believe about cops being there to help/serve/protect. (*wherever you are)

Today, after months of requests, I toured the Broadview ICE Processing Facility. I want to share what I saw. The facility has no food vendor, no medical care, and detainees have to use toilets in the middle of shared cells. These are in no way suitable conditions to be holding anyone — period.

This effort will need volunteers *statewide* so if you're not in the metro, please join up! We need people from all corners of the state to build this movement. We need the DFL to be a safe space for trans people, and that means stepping up and pushing them to change.

Hi Minnesotan Bluesky: The DFL has a well-known transphobia problem. I'm organizing to change the party platform in 2026 to be explicitly supportive of trans people in Minnesota. This will provide a basis for expelling transphobia from our party. Join me:

The time is NOW to get involved in your local DFL unit. If you want to see change in the DFL, change will only happen from within, not by complaining on social media. At a more basic level, we simply need more volunteers, to run caucuses and conventions, and to win elections.
