The FDA statement ends with a paragraph undermining its own warning. They signal parents to avoid acetaminophen. Except sometimes. And then: No “causal relationship… established” with ADHD or autism AND Alternatives to acetaminophen have “well-documented adverse impacts.”

So… Tonight Republicans pulled the plug on their own budget and tax package because fiscal conservatives in the House are demanding even deeper cuts to social and other vital programs to pay for tax breaks for billionaires. Here’s what’s going on. ⬇️

Regardless of how much coverage it gets, Trump aiming to install a military command that places loyalty to him above loyalty to the constitution needs to be a much bigger story.

Walz should get on the news and talk about how weird Musk is more. Some democrat should do it every day. It was the one part of the summer campaign that worked, and as disastrous as things are now, they're also weird disastrous. No one wants to see the government stripped for parts by a dick joke.

This is one of the most openly corrupt writings I’ve seen on DOJ letterhead. It’s comically, transparently a political favor, and the quid pro quo is utterly explicit.

Tell me, is this "team" composed of officers of the United States? And, if not, who is their superior, and what kind of authority do they retain to review these actions? I'm having a little trouble tracking the chain of accountability that I'm told is required in the executive branch.

A constitutional crisis requires friction to make it legible. That often comes from conflict between the branches of government, but a Republican-controlled Congress and SCOTUS are not interested in challenging Trump’s lawlessness. That why it’s *especially* important for Democrats to act.

This is the work, people. Posting and boosting is great for building consensus and community. But social media can make you *feel* like you took action when you all you did was tap a screen. CALL YOUR SENATORS CALL YOUR REP Call anyone and everyone in a position of power and tell them to fight.

I'm a former OMB official and this is absolutely true. And let's also not forget that these illegal actions have direct, harmful consequences for actual people. New moms won't get help feeding their infants. Small businesses won't make payroll. People could lose their jobs, their homes.

Dems can: -oppose all Trump nominees until this EO is withdrawn -deny unanimous consent to slow senate proceedings -vote no on all cloture -force quorum calls at every chance It’s a constitutional crisis. There is absolutely no reason the Senate should be connecting business as usual.
