I saw that an acquaintance on FedBook has personally gotten over 55 people to cancel their Disney subscriptions. This is a homebound person and she found her lane and is absolutely kicking ass at the moment. People are doing things.

I could go on and on, but in my experience, and from others, it's not that I've just never heard anything bad, it's that every account is GLOWING. He's also really funny and one of the smartest people I've been in a room with. Sharp as hell.

True story: GDT is a huge Rod Serling fan (and by far the most famous Night Gallery fan). A mutual friend connected us by email, and he said he'd be happy to talk. I went through the usual, "I'm happy to schedule through your assistant," and he says, basically, "I'm free now. Just call if you want."

I've interviewed him twice and that tracks. One of those interviews was for the Nashville alt-weekly, in conjunction with a local arthouse run for one of his favorite movies (Spirit Of The Beehive). He was more than happy to hop on the phone and talk about it.
