Chief Justice Roberts says people wrongly think the Court is “making policy decisions” and wrongly see the justices as “truly political actors.” IMO, he is completely full of it. When there is enough gray area, Roberts almost always manages to find his way over to the conservative result.

At midnight President Trump will be in further violation of the 1973 War Powers Resolution, which requires the end of all hostilities after 60 days unless authorized by Congress. We just sent a letter to the White House and Congress reminding them of this deadline.
