The new EHRC transgender guidance is absolute B***S*** and here’s why ‼️🏳️‍⚧️

For trans people, our very existence has become an act of radical resistance, but unless you've experienced that yourself, you have no idea how exhausting it is. Please, check in on your trans pals, stand up for us wherever you can and make noise for us so we're not doing this alone.

Ideally you'll donate to trans people and organisations, you'll turn up to rallies, you'll write to your MPs. Even if you can just wear a badge, share stuff on social media, just be friendly to us. Allyship should be more than just a token, but even the token stuff makes a difference right now.

It's ok if you don't fully understand what it means to be trans. It's ok if you get the language wrong occasionally. What matters now is that you publicly, visibly show your allyship in any way you can. They're trying to drive us out of public life and we need your support to make sure they can't.
