The (fucking stupid) legal answer is, you both (1) don't need to come out to your employer but (2) legally shouldn't use the 'wrong' toilets (and should follow any lawful instruction from your employer). What a nonsense.

It makes me sad and angry at what is happening especially to trans kids. We tried for so many years to help people understand and where did it get us? In a worse place than decades ago 😭

Every day I hear a new upsetting story about how trans kids are being treated in our schools. When responding to today's important claim that segregation might not apply to workplaces - let's not leave behind our youngest community members who are being completely failed across our schools.

You realise it is three years to the day that Brianna Ghey was murdered. An innocent young girl killed because of transphobia and hate. What's changed in the three years since? Transphobes have upped their attacks. The government has increased discrimination. It doesn't have to be like this.

Enough now Let’s be absolutely clear: Any politician found in possession of indecent images of children is a child sex abuser Any politician who chooses to maintain a relationship with a known abuser is, at a very minimum, enabling child abuse Any politician rewarding these people is complicit

The NCMD data on trans kids' suicides between 2019 and 2023 show a four-fold increase in 2021-22. That means we can confidently say that three-quarters of the suicides between 2021 and 2023 (23 trans children) were caused by the puberty-blocker ban. 23 children.

This is a must-read: Appeasing Sex Matters was never about “clarity”. It was about power. What followed the Supreme Court ruling wasn’t calm or resolution, but escalating demands, wider exclusions, and institutions choosing fear over inclusion.

It's important to remember, as some people in Scottish Labour will keep reminding us, that they defeated their party's anti-trans leadership in a conference motion last year. This mattered and was important and shows the validity of their continued presence campaigning for the party as we can see:

The only trans people mentioned in the epstein files are victims. Hundreds of known anti-trans people are in them, though, either rubbing shoulders with the rape-cult, an active part of the clique, or trying to gain access. Are you getting it yet?

“If the Equality Act really does mean [the transphobic argument following FWS], then the court should rule that that is incompatible with the European Convention on Human Rights.” Makes this a much riskier case for FWS because it means their previous ‘win’ can be gutted:
