5 years ago today I was referred to a gender identity clinic. I am still waiting to be seen. Odds are - I won’t be seen for another 10 years. Vital healthcare is being withheld from myself and thousands of others and the establishment does not care. How do we even fight that?

This new guidance by Scottish Trans advocates responding to the EHRC “consultation” by writing to the Equalities Minister, since the government, not the EHRC, is the only organisation that can change the law. It is important the government is not allowed to escape ultimate responsibility.
