I just wrote to my MP using the recommendations and guidelines below. I implore all British people on my timeline to do the same. We have to be better than what the government, the money and the press are trying to reduce us to.

Since mobility aids are the theme of the day: You don't need any excuse to use one. Cane, crutches (heavily recommend forearm), wheelchair, etc. There is no minimum amount of discomfort or disability required. By the time you think you need a mobility aid, you often have needed it for a while.

I'm deeply concerned about the wellbeing of prisoners who were involved in Palestine Action protests, and are currently on hunger strike. Some have not eaten for six weeks. A number have been hospitalised. They are all being held on remand - without trial or conviction.
