anyway I'm pretty sure the garmin I have is overestimating calories burnt by a ridiculous amount because it'll say it thinks I've burned like 3500 calories in a day, and if that were actually true, then an intake of like 2500 would be a deficit, and it's definitely not

oh yeah and the sign up forms for the trampolining competitions have had different ways of conveying that they want the categories to be inclusive

so I went to one of the morning trampoline training sessions yesterday, it was from 7-9 so I had to wake up at 5:30am just to get there, and I was still slightly late so next time I'll have to leave before 6am 😭 they're more serious than the evening trainings which is why I'd like to go to them

so trampolining was great and fun as always, *but* today I couldn't get myself up onto the trampoline?? I managed okay last week but this week it's like my arms didn't have the strength or energy, and I had to be helped up twice 😭 it was really embarrassing 😭

I didn't have therapy appointments for about the last month since my therapist was away, but it was fine really and it saved me quite a bit of money lol today was the first one since then, and was basically just me telling her about the course and trampolining and some gender related stuff

I started this part time course that's on certain evenings and Saturdays, it feels quite intense since the classes are all in 3-4 hour blocks, literally right after already working all day, but so far it hasn't actually been too bad

this same scam went around on edtwt too a few months back, and it went the same way, they'd eventually say you needed to talk to a "support agent" via discord, and then that account would say you needed to pay like $500 via cashapp or something for your account to be "verified"

I'm not getting like immediately fired and he didn't like explicitly bring up the possibility at all, but it was negative like I'd thought, basically apparently multiple QA people have said I need to test things more myself before passing them on for testing

my manager scheduled a meeting with me for tomorrow and was like "I need to address feedback I've received" which I'm guessing is probably that I work too slowly or didn't follow the designs correctly or something

I've been using this little cycling machine thing, apparently it's like a cheap version of a desk cycle, and it's been so difficult to try and figure out how many calories it's really burning

I keep feeling like I'm getting fatter and fatter and more and more bloated, but then I check my actual measurements and they're the same? I'm not losing weight either though

I was looking for new pajama bottoms since the ones I currently wear have huge holes in them, which I keep meaning to repair but haven't so the holes keep getting bigger to the point it's ridiculous anyway I ended up having to take measurements to convert to sizes

I guess the advice I would give to someone else would probably be to start with super small amounts of exercise, like even just "stand for two minutes" (when you're used to lying down all day), or "walk for 5 minutes" like if I could do just anything at all consistently I'm sure that would help

I've been meant to go pick up more cocodamol for about a week now, I've just been so exhausted I haven't, so I've been rationing the emergency doses, so rather than like 3-4 doses a day I've just been taking one I'm down to the last dose and I think I may be getting mild withdrawals 😰
