IRobot (Roomba maker) is in chapter 11 (bankruptcy) and might be takes over by a Chinese company. One big reason : tariffs (they make vacuum cleaners in Vietnam, which had a 46 percent tariff) Well done Trump, MCGA (Make China Great Again).

To put this more bluntly, Europe has largely outsourced its foreign policy to America since WWII. This has created the illusion within the EU that foreign policy remains a national “competency.” It’s not. So if Europe wants a bigger voice it needs to speak as Europe.

I have long been suspicious of Trump being a Russian asset. Now we have a “peace proposal” literally written by Russia being forced down Ukraines throat. This happens at the moment Russias economy is reaching the proverbial wall. It is not Trump forcing Ukraine, it is Russia forcing Trump.

Russia’s Submarine Problem Is Much Worse Than Many Imagine - Naval News
The Russian submarine Novorossiysk, an Improved Kilo-class vessel, has been forced to limp home to the Baltic after a mechanical failure in the Mediterranean. While some reports exaggerated its plight, the incident exposes the Russian Navy’s declining presence in the region. Since losing its Syrian base at Tartus in 2024 and facing restrictions on movement through the Bosporus, Russia’s Mediterranean task force has largely collapsed. The Novorossiysk’s troubles highlight mounting maintenance issues and the broader erosion of Moscow’s naval reach in the Mediterranean.

Trump's statement that Ukraine can win back all it's territory is mostly a message to Putin that Russia should more seriously engage in peace negotiations. It does not mean new US support for Ukraine, but it does signal that Trump will not obstruct Europe's efforts. 1/4

If you cannot force Putin to peace, if you lack the spine to show strength and leadership instead of pathetic applause on the red carpet -- then at the very least don't obstruct those who are actually doing the work, and above all, stop pleasing and encouraging the aggressor.

Well, that didn’t take long. Trump, today: “I think Russia has lost over 20,000 since the beginning of the year” This figure is clearly incorrect - a serious undercount, the exact opposite of the inflated number he gave just a week or so ago. This is precisely why you shouldn't rely on his numbers

I find it quite amusing that people who claim Trump lies about everything and isn’t trustworthy suddenly treat him as a reliable and truthful source, as soon as he announces casualty figures that sound favorable for Ukraine. So he’s lying... until he says something you like to hear, right?😆
