Buried in the papers for yesterday's Housing Scrutiny Committee was this table showing where Aspire's Mayor Lutfur Rahman is planning to build new homes. Site 6 refers to the Chisenhale Art Place. This suggests Chisenhale Gallery and Chisenhale Dance Studios will be evicted to make way for 52 flats

Well this is just rotten news.

This is really not good for the modal shift the Mayor of London is trying to achieve in London. I Hopefully an alternative service will move in to fill the space.
