1) 🇸🇪 A Swedish study of 111 ME/CFS patients found reduced levels of vasopressin, a hormone that regulates water retention. Low vasopressin could lead to low blood volume and some of the orthostatic symptoms that ME/CFS patients report.

1) This factsheet for medical professionals received a lot of response and discussion. Some people felt it was dismissive of several findings in the ME/CFS field, so I want to give some more background and context.

This time last year I lost my job due to #LongCovid. Unsurprisingly it was an extremely difficult time. I'd worked for the NHS as a Learning Disability Nurse for 20yrs. Long Covid ended my career. It also drastically altered my life. Some reflections 👇
