Does this patient have PEM? In #ME the answer is always yes (if the answer is no, it’s not ME), in #LongCovid it has to be the first thing a patient gets assessed for, and I’d say if in doubt, treat as PEM (confirmed objectively demonstrated PEM is still way off for many in clinical practice).
