I just did the same and there are 37 game keys they owe me. Where's my copy of Darksiders 3, Humble? You're selling Steam keys for it right now in your store but somehow haven't been able to give me the one I paid for in over 4 years? This company is a scam.

humble's business model is now - when we sell you a game, we might not actually have keys available for it - if you wait a few weeks, we might send you an email saying we have keys again. better be fast, though! - if this process takes too long, we have no obligation to give you the key you bought

Given how Humble Bundle lost out on charity bundles to other places, and was literally just recycling bundles this month, they're toast. I can't imagine how much the servers take to host it all, but download your library now and save your keys elsewhere. The site is officially on borrowed time.

Well I decided today was the day I would clean out my unactivated Humble Bundle keys because I *definitely* have some in there that are older than 3 years... ...thwarted by the system.

Folks in gaming have so internalized the idea that the huge live service games are huge that they are rarely brought up as why new games struggle to find an audience. New games struggle (imo primarily) because there's no air for them to breathe. The biggest competitor to any new game is Fortnite.

As someone who tracks review bombs on Steam I believe that you could still manually flag it, if you wanted to. Though honestly you have a wonderful amount of support pouring in for you so it might not be necessary. But just keep it in mind for the future.
