New season of The Bear is extremely validating to my suspicion that the show would be significantly better if it put Sydney in the spotlight more.

It's a shame that the ability to play against bots in multiplayer games has been seemingly lost to time and that every game must now launch with and maintain a player base of 50,000+ concurrents or be declared a dead game ad infinitum.

Steam Machines pricing is higher than I'd like but not so high as to kill my enthusiasm. I am now on the waitlist.

My mileage with House of the Dragon is often contingent on getting to watch people make incredibly bad decisions, so safe to say that was a thrilling hour of television.

I think the thing that is so depressing to me about Destiny 2 reaching end of life is less that it's ending and more that it's ending in a configuration that never managed to fully reconcile the consequences of content vaulting.

I think the cast dynamics of the Soldier's Table are still my favorites (esp. Wick/Tyranny) but the Schemer's Table is easily the most interesting slice of Campaign 4 so far.

This ABC piece is so strange. Like, irrespective of recent changes, a "small model train business owner" is such a bizarre case study to begin with and basically any regular 18-year old wouldn't have the cash to even consider looking at buying real estate?

I am still writing my review but my general experience with Zero Parades has been that it's a pretty normal/good videogame all things considered and that trying to evaluate its suitability as a load-bearing pillar of popular culture and revolutionary politics is a fraught way to go.
