Oops, lost a day. Just started Laini Taylor's Muse of Nightmares, which is a direct continuation of her novel Strange The Dreamer. More mysteries to be unfolded I suspect - she's been very good so far at revealing surprises I really didn't see coming that overturn what I had thought was going on.

“Some Hell” by Patrick Nathan, a thoroughly engrossing quasi coming of age tale with a gay protagonist and his mother, both overcoming a suicide.

In the next 30 minutes I am going to finish 'Flashman on the March' (2005) by George MacDonald Fraser and start 'Democratic Socialism and Economic Policy: The Attlee Years, 1945–1951' (1997) by Jim Tomlinson, another of these history books I have had for years, selling for >£100 online.
