Some notes on staying hydrated in warm weather: Drink cold drinks. If your cold drink of choice is iced tea or coffee that's ok. The diuretic effect of caffeine is vastly cancelled out by the volume of liquid you are consuming. Unless you're only drinking very caffeinated beverages you'll be fine

Finished Dark Sun by Rebecca Roanhorse last night. I really enjoyed it. Very inntesting world and mythology and varied well defined characters. Some i liked more than others but all added to the story. The ending was frustrating to me as book one of three: a bit too rushed and abrupt 💙📚

I recommend going to life drawing groups to everybody, regardless of what they usually draw or what medium they use. It helps so much with observation, confident line work, decision making and confidence. Life drawing improved my architectural sketches!

I live next to a school. There are often screamy kid noises. There was just a screamy kid noise I've never heard before. Truly terrible, fearful, wordless repeating screams. What's worse is all the other kid noises stopped. Just a quiet adult voice saying "are you ok". Then it went oddly quiet.
