Was at a Christmas party with a load of clergy last night and as some people were leaving they found a person collapsed on the street outside so the Verger took over and called an ambulance and sent all the clergy away because "if they wake up surrounded by priests that'll just make things worse"

I've just come back from Morrison's. I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. People with trolleys of carrots (5p a kilo). Scuffles over the last boxes of Family Circle biscuits. Unexpected items in so many bagging areas. All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain.

We went to watch an 11am screening of "Home Alone 2" at our local cinema today. Maltesers were our snack of choice. We all booed when Donald Trump did his cameo. Spectacular cartoon violence and a "this is kind of not plausible, is it?" storyline. And Tim Curry! We LOVED it.
