Fuck, I transitioned almost 30 years ago. I don't even have an PHOTOS of me as a boy. It's a legal limbo. If I try to cross the border, who the fuck knows what kind of legal trouble that inspires.

The government changed my passport gender marker. I have NO documentation stating I'm male. Not my birth certificate, driver's license, medical records. I'm intersex, so I don't even know what a DNA test might say. Which means I CAN'T prove my passport isn't a fraud to any foreign government.

An update: I am done with Bookcon. Day two went swimmingly. Both days, a raffle was running for really awesome MtG coloring books. Heavy paper, detailed art, free to enter. But because you had to come to the booth to claim your prize, most prizes had gone unclaimed.
