Today was meant to be going down to Wales to scatter some of mums ashes with brother. Ended up having to not go because my phased return to work has been more of a "same shit, but just half days" Figured out this morning why it was today. Is mums birthday. Now I feel more shit for NOT going >.<

Mental health consultant visit today went OK. Explained everything. Complimented on progress. But advised 2 things and referred to another. Referred to MIND for talking therapy. Advised to take another 4 weeks to try and get straight. Advised to find a new job. Working on that last one o.<

Past couple days have been super productive. Kitchen is nearing functional completion. Cabinets are in and secured. Flooring is done. Most of the plumbing/waste is complete. Tomorrow I need to start the worktops. Hopefully by the end of the weekend I'll have sink and everything done ^_^
