Mixed bag on the knee recovery: Saturday had to step out from go karting after Qualification because whenever I used the brake my left knee would give me shooting pains. Today went for a relatively flat 6km walk and it behaved well.

Knee’s feeling stronger, but I’m not confident with it yet. Did a 1.5km walk just now, but it took 25 minutes. Very slow and my knee is now very clicky. I don’t think I’ll need to arrange for a follow up scan - it finally feels like it’s putting itself back together.
