Finally recovered enough to go for my second gym sesh, and I'm very excited because I'll get to take a hot salt bath right after that. My body's still in shambles after my opening gym sesh BUT I'm very pleased I can very clearly tell which areas I used and which I didn't. Very pleased that my original gym routine was that effective.

I wanted to create a new burly dragon OC! I think his name is Groh. That's also how he sounds like probably... He has two palettes, of which the gray one is his default one.

My heart is heavy but venturing into the woods, surrounding myself with nature and quiet and pretending I'm a deer helps me feel a little lighter. + I recently got barefoot shoes and walking on the varying terrain with roots, rocks and grass feels like a foot massage and is incredibly soothing haha
