Really the fundamental problem is that "guy who decides if you get to transition or not" is a job that shouldn't exist. Every other issue in trans care is downstream from that.

my wusband bought us a new bed topper last night because our bed is too soft. I had heard about mattress toppers to soften but not firm so I was skeptical but it's like 3 or 4 inches thick and is really sturdy!! I slept great for the first time in months!!!

More to say on burnout and I'm probably going to boost it a few times because folks need to hear it: Burnout is a form of brain damage. It happens when stress conditions persist until they damage our brains. It's an injury that needs to heal, not a weakness that needs to be pushed through.

I went to go see a college play the other day, and they were doing Anastasia the Broadway musical. it was such an interesting tale, had a lot of songs from the classic movie, but edited the story to not include Rasputin for historical plausibility.
