gonna post a bunch of thoughts on the legacy B&R. I think the most important note to keep in mind is legacy in 2025 is inherently a casual format. There are competitive events, but it is a format defined by casual interest. Without weeklies and paper play, legacy dies. This B&R ignores this fact.
