The people who respect us have the right vocabulary because it's piss easy to have the right vocabulary. The right vocabulary is standard conversational English minus all the words created specifically to denigrate LGBTQ+ people.

My post last night about fellow so-called “atheists” is in large part about people like that. People who have a need for spiritual stuff subsuming that into their politics instead of just finding crystals or a worship house (or volunteering) and leaving politics alone has done so much harm.

Let’s take some personal responsibility and acknowledge we have more agency than comforting narratives about how “it’s all rigged” make us feel. At the end of the day you are the first and last say on what you choose to do, so make wise, informed choices and if you beef it, don’t shift blame.
