Rubio doesn’t come across as the biggest monster in this administration, but there’s a valid argument that he is. Demolishing USAID was a slow moving atrocity. He must never be freed of responsibility for it.

Officials discovered two industrial-scale water hookups feeding a data center campus located 20 miles south of downtown Atlanta. One water connection had been installed without the utility’s knowledge, and the other was not linked to the company’s account and therefore wasn’t being billed.

What’s so brazen is that the subhead literally spells out the travesty. It says that tech industry lobbyists have convinced congress to pay for their products to be made a compulsory part of public education so that when the industry wreaks havoc on American workers it can be blamed on educators.

The ability to cast a vote (already deliberately constrained given work day, restrictions on mail, registration, lines, etc) does not democracy nor even "representation" make. A "free and fair" election is one where you can actually choose leaders who represent you & act in your name.

BREAKING: We're suing Louisiana officials for suspending the state's primary election after voting has already begun. On the heels of a Supreme Court decision that eviscerated protections for voters of color, elected officials jumped at the chance to disenfranchise people — we won't allow it.

The critical problem with "AI" is that we offload the human cognition portion so thoroughly that we treat a question as solved rather than connecting new dots to explore new questions. Even if the system is always right, the answer requires that we know what to question. No questioners, no answers.
