Typically, I think Roro's voice is warm, comforting, and deep (for a lalafell, at least). His tone is very "good-natured", slipping from lackadaisical and relaxed to firm and reassuring depending on the context of what he's talking about.

Roro's laugh is typically a gentle, warm staccato politely hidden behind a hand with his eyes closed. If it's something especially hilarious, he holds at his stomach as he doubles over, still careful to keep his mouth covered.
