Just beat Super Mario RPG. For some reason I didn’t realize one of my characters had a group heal until the penultimate fight in the game 😩 I made everything more difficult than it had to be because I can’t read, lol. Short but very rich experience. Made me miss the 90s and SNES games :(

Annnd just completed Iron Lung. I liked it more than Mouthwashing since it raised more questions than it answered and I just like cosmic horror at baseline. Seemed like it was pretty divisive when it came out and, well… that’s the genre in a nutshell.

I realize I’m still bad at making anything involving vegetables so my next recipe will be a crockpot chicken pot pie filling dish with a good number of veggies in there. Hope it works out and tastes OK too

I missed southern food so I made some buttermilk biscuits and sausage gravy. Biscuits turned out a bit flat 😭 but they taste pretty good regardless. I’m sharing my Bowl of Shame. R says it looks like peasant food 😂 but they genuinely do taste good

Tonight's dinner is menu 13, cheese tortellini. It's straight up just Chef Boyardee Tortellini. The pepper flakes did help it out a bit. The trail mix with pretzels was really good. The roll and energy bar were meh. I oddly like the lemon lime drink which I had in other MREs. Wish it also had coffee

Went stargazing tonight with some friends and saw the Triangulum galaxy too. It looked just like it does in the photos. Saw some shooting stars as well.

Trying the Mangkwan Mousse, inspired by Avatar: Fire and Ash, now available at Satu’li Canteen. The banana, cinnamon, and sesame flavors are interesting, but this isn’t the dessert for me. I’ll stick to the blueberry cream cheese mousse, the best dessert in all of Disney World.
