Christmas Eve Advent Calendar opening The last day! I had to cut about 30 seconds off of this because of the Bluesky video limit But Merry Christmas Eve friends!

I'm going to a friend's borrowed vacation cabin next week and the beds are all ancient so I bought a memory foam mattress topper in an effort to make the bed better. Last year I slept on a different bed/size downstairs & did the same. I will spend $40-100 to enable better sleep even on vacation. 😀

I hope for all of you that will spend tonight on a sofa bed, air mattress or other alternative sleep location that you can get somewhat decent rest.

I have an aunt who is 97. She makes things for Christmas & mails them from Ohio. She makespizzelle cookies and she put them in a box and my Mom said they were just crumbs by the time she got them. My aunt said "oh well, I guess you can feed the birds then!" And that's the DNA I have for optimism.
