Airglow has a new brand 🎨 We worked with a brand designer to give it a proper identity and a more polished feel. New logo, refreshed site, updated everywhere. Long time coming. Really happy with where it landed

I spent the last while rebuilding Airglow's brand with a designer, and it's finally live. It took longer than I expected, but I'm really happy with how it turned out. It looks and feels like a proper product now.

Take all the atprotocol user tools and put them one place Userlist copier Unfollow deactivated accounts Or build a bunch of @airglow.run actions to do the same

You might think that the more you ship, the smaller your backlog gets. But it's the opposite.

I just fixed a long standing issue in Airglow. One of the most popular things people automate: "when I like a post on Bluesky, save the links in it" to @kipclip.com, @margin.at, @semble.so.

Another @popfeed.social question; I added the same movie to two different lists including the "watch_movies" one, and also left a review. It creates 3 records on my PDS, that all contains the movie title, and data, with some inconsistencies on the genre, TMDB/IMDB ids, and the poster image

So my film.popfeed.social and popfeed.social "favorites" lists are 2 different things? I'm trying to figure out when I want to use the generic popfeed website vs the film/books/music/etc @popfeed.social

Spend another evening fixing a bug regarding OAuth sessions expiration. It should be good now. As a bonus, you can now see all auth related activity in the "Security" page on the dashboard

Still one my favorite use case for Airglow, always a good surprise when I see my bot account posting this

So, I see many Bluesky posts actually embed a link, without keeping the link in the text, so it does't show up in the rich text facets. Meaning that an automation that iterates on `post.record.facets[].features[]` (eg: "bookmark every links in posts I like"), won't work for embeds.

I've be listening to the Off Protocol podcast this weekend. Super insightful, I can't wait for the next sessions. Thanks @atproto.com for hosting it!

Small technical detail for this one, I added an "execution marker" so that the automation is triggered at most once per record. So if the record is edited again (like if you add a review), it doesn't trigger the action again

Hey @vicwalker.dev.br I noticed your automation on Airglow, really cool one. After looking at it, I fixed an internal so that you won't have to enter raw JSON for `strongRef`. And it gave me an idea; "variables" ✨ You can set hard coded values that won't be duplicated

Hey @mptouzel.bsky.social, I saw you duplicated the @kipclip.com automation on Airglow. I needed to make some changes for it to work properly, the second action has to iterate over the bookmark created in the first action. You can update it or simply re-duplicate this one airglow.run/u/there-hugo...

What I really like with it, is that the event will then directly show up on atmo.rsvp or @smokesignal.events, and I’m less likely to miss it. I think Airglow can be really useful for community lexicons!
